Everything I do starts from the same conviction: dignity is not optional. These are the organisations and roles through which I work.

Through the Forum and ALETHEIA TUTELA, I work with foundations, international agencies and NGOs on stakeholder engagement and governance. I also offer executive advisory and strategic mentoring for leaders in global health and international development, always personally, one conversation at a time.

Fidel Strub Forum

My personal platform and the springboard for everything I build. The Forum is where my speaking, teaching, advocacy and public leadership live. It is independent, founder-led, and deliberately small.

ALETHEIA TUTELA

The advisory firm for narrative integrity. ALETHEIA TUTELA helps NGOs, foundations and health institutions check whether their public story matches their ground reality, and fix the gap. It works with the Survivor Alignment Index (SAI), a diagnostic method I developed to make dignity and narrative consistency measurable.

ETHOS FIDELIS (launching 2027)

The next step: bringing patient-centric alignment and real-world integrity to biopharma, medtech and regulatory environments. Currently in preparation.

Current mandates and roles

Swiss TPH (Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute): strategic advisor within the Noma Platform, working on stakeholder integration, risk factor workshops and expert advocacy.
Diversecity Models Berlin: model, because representation matters on every stage, including the runway.

What came before

Elysium Noma Survivors Association (2022 to 2025): I co-founded this survivor-led organisation, built its name, brand, statutes and framework, and led it as Executive Director through the successful WHO recognition campaign. I departed in September 2025 to build what you see on this page.
