The Fidel Strub Forum is an independent platform dedicated to forensic governance, strategic advocacy, and public leadership.

To maintain absolute precision and uncompromised integrity, the operations of the Forum are divided into two distinct mandates:

In an era of growing donor skepticism, the integrity of an institution’s narrative is its most critical asset. ALETHEIA TUTELA is the independent validating body of the Forum.
We conduct high-stakes forensic audits using the Survivor Alignment Index (SAI) to identify “Silence Gaps”. The dangerous disconnects between an organisation’s glossy public communications and the lived reality on the ground. We provide the strict forensic evidence required for NGOs and philanthropic investors to maintain absolute integrity, culminating in the AT’s Seal of Integrity.

The Methodology: Survivor Alignment Index (SAI)
To provide a verifiable standard for integrity, the Fidel Strub Forum utilises the Survivor Alignment Index (SAI) - a proprietary forensic audit tool designed to identify “Trust-Washing” and ensure narrative sovereignty.
The SAI is not a financial audit. It is a verification of institutional integrity. We audit:
Narrative Integrity: Does the organisation’s storytelling align with the ground truth?
Visual Dignity: Are affected communities portrayed with respect, or are they instrumentalised for fundraising?
Governance Power: Does the organisation uphold its own commitments to inclusion and long-term impact?
