The Standard for Sovereign Advocacy
The Fidel Strub Forum is an independent platform dedicated to transparent governance, strategic advocacy, and public leadership. We exist to ensure that global health organisations and NGOs operate as true technical partners, keeping community members and survivors as the central protagonists of their own development.
To ensure precision and clarity, our work is structured around two distinct pillars:
1. ALETHEIA TUTELA | Strategic Advisory & Diagnostic Alignment
In an era of growing donor scrutiny, the integrity of a narrative is an organisation’s most valuable asset. ALETHEIA TUTELA is the operational arm of the Forum, providing the diagnostic tools and advisory roadmaps necessary for organisations to achieve the Survivor Alignment Index (SAI).
We work directly with organisations to bridge the gap between their public-facing materials and ground-level reality. Through our structured readiness roadmaps, we help partners dismantle outdated practices and build a foundation of narrative sovereignty.
For: NGOs, Philanthropic Investors, Corporate Foundations, and Global Donors.
The Methodology: ALETHEIA TUTELA utilises the Survivor Alignment Index (SAI), a proprietary diagnostic framework designed to establish a new global benchmark for narrative consistency and community sovereignty. Our diagnostic process evaluates:
Narrative Integrity: Does the organisation’s storytelling align with ground-level reality?
Visual Dignity: Are affected communities portrayed with respect, or are they overly instrumentalised?
Governance & Inclusion: Does the organisation uphold its commitments to local inclusion and sustainable impact?
2. FIDEL STRUB | Public Leadership & Keynote Advocacy
True leadership is forged in the reality of lived experience. This branch of the Forum is dedicated to executive message architecture, signature keynotes for global summits, and selective strategic mentoring for leaders navigating pivotal transitions.
Alongside independent advocacy, this branch holds an active framework mandate with the Swiss TPH (Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute). Within this mandate, I provide expertise on stakeholder integration, strategic risk factor workshops, and expert advocacy to ensure field-level governance matches the highest global standards.
For: Global Health Leaders, Foundations, International Agencies, and Public Sector Entities.
The Core Philosophy
Dignity is Not Optional. Genuine representation is not decorative; it is a fundamental aspect of operational integrity. The Fidel Strub Forum ensures that international aid is framed as a balanced technical partnership, never a "savior" narrative. We verify that communities remain the drivers of their own recovery, treated with the respect and sovereign dignity they deserve.
Governance Notice: The Fidel Strub Forum oversees the governance and integrity of the SAI standard, while ALETHEIA TUTELA provides independent advisory support. This structural separation ensures that advisory coaching and formal verification processes remain strictly independent.
