Fidel Strub Forum | Institutional Integrity & Community Alignment

Bridging the communication gaps between organisations and the communities they serve.

The Institutional Standard for Sovereign Advocacy

The Fidel Strub Forum is an independent platform dedicated to transparent governance, strategic advocacy, and public leadership.

We do not offer traditional corporate consulting. We exist to ensure that global health organisations and NGOs operate as true technical partners, keeping community members and survivors as the central protagonists of their own development.

To ensure precision and clarity, the operations of the Forum are focused on two distinct pillars:

1. ALETHEIA TUTELA | Institutional Alignment & Review

In an era of growing donor scrutiny, the integrity of an organisation’s narrative is its most valuable asset. ALETHEIA TUTELA serves as the independent evaluation body of the Forum.

We conduct comprehensive organisational reviews using the Survivor Alignment Index (SAI) to identify communication gaps; the disconnect between an organisation’s public-facing materials and the actual experiences of the communities on the ground. We provide the objective data required for NGOs and philanthropic investors to maintain long-term trust, culminating in our formal Certificate of Alignment.

For: NGOs, Philanthropic Investors, Corporate Foundations, and Institutional Donors.

The Methodology: The Certificate of Alignment

To provide a verifiable standard for ethical alignment, the Forum utilises the Survivor Alignment Index (SAI), a proprietary evaluation tool designed to ensure narrative consistency and community sovereignty.

The SAI is not a financial audit; it is a qualitative verification of institutional values. We evaluate:

  1. Narrative Integrity: Does the organisation’s storytelling align with ground-level reality?

  2. Visual Dignity: Are affected communities portrayed with respect, or are they overly instrumentalised for fundraising?

  3. Governance & Inclusion: Does the organisation uphold its commitments to local inclusion and sustainable impact?

The Certificate of Alignment

Organisations that meet the rigorous standards of the SAI are awarded the Certificate of Alignment.
This independent validation:

  • Protects and strengthens your institutional reputation.

  • Builds donor trust through transparent, objective evaluation.

  • Signals to global stakeholders that your organization actively practices its core values.

2. FIDEL STRUB | Public Leadership & Keynote Advocacy

True leadership is forged in the reality of lived experience. Through the lens of resilience and authentic representation, Fidel Strub serves as a catalyst for new thinking at the highest levels of global governance sparking vital reflection and offering the fresh perspectives needed to build truly equitable partnerships.

This branch of the Forum is dedicated to executive message architecture, signature keynotes for global summits, and selective strategic mentoring for leaders navigating pivotal transitions.

For: Global Health Leaders, Foundations, International Agencies, and Public Sector Institutions.

THE CORE PHILOSOPHY

Dignity is Not Optional.

Genuine representation is not decorative; it is a fundamental aspect of institutional integrity. The Fidel Strub Forum ensures that international aid is framed as a balanced technical partnership, never a "savior" narrative. We verify that communities remain the drivers of their own recovery, treated with the respect and sovereign dignity they deserve.

Our Life Sciences Partner: ETHOS FIDELIS

For organisations in private Biopharma, MedTech, or regulatory compliance seeking complementary evaluation services (such as patient-centric alignment or real-world intelligence), we collaborate with ETHOS FIDELIS; an independent sister platform specialising in real-world evaluations for the life sciences sector.
