From Lived Experience to Institutional Integrity: A New Standard for Community Alignment

“They judged and labelled me before they listened. It shaped me in ways words can't express.”

Understanding Dignity, Agency, and Ethical Communication - not as abstract concepts, but as lived realities.

Global Roots, Single Conviction

I was born on 24th of May 1991 in Ouagadougou and grew up in Arisdorf, Switzerland. My roots lie in Burkina Faso. My home is Switzerland.
At a young age, I learned that identity is not given. It is claimed. This experience shaped my understanding of systemic exclusion and the importance of agency for marginalised communities.
What shapes me is not origin, but conviction and attitude. I work to ensure that origin does not determine impact for myself, and for the communities I represent.

Reclaiming Identity - On and Off the Runway

As a model with Diversecity Models Berlin, I embody the belief that visibility is a form of resistance. Representation in fashion is not just about aesthetics; it is about challenging norms and reclaiming agency for those who have been marginalised.
My work with Diversecity Models aligns with my broader mission: to ensure that every voice is seen, heard, and valued.

The Foundation of My Work

My journey began as a patient within the global health system. After surviving Noma at the age of three and undergoing 28 reconstructive surgeries, I spent over a decade observing the machinery of international aid from the inside not as a beneficiary, but as a forensic witness to its failures and contradictions.

I realised that the world didn’t need another “survivor story” to be managed by institutions. It needed a Forensic Standard to ensure that survivor voices weren’t just “fundraising footnotes” but sovereign protagonists of their own recovery.

My lived experience is the foundation of the Fidel Strub Forum (FSF) an institution built to bridge the communication gaps where public promises deviate from ground reality.

From Insight to Structure

For years, I fought for acceptance of my appearance and identity. Noma changed my face and fractured my sense of self, leaving questions that stayed with me for decades: Why me? Why do systems sometimes fail the people they claim to protect?

Eventually, I realised something essential: Pity helps no one. Change begins when we choose not just to be affected, but to take deliberate action. The Fidel Strub Forum emerged from this exact space: between visibility and structure, between quiet knowledge and institutional responsibility.

My Journey & Key Milestones

  • Founder, Fidel Strub Forum: Leading an independent platform dedicated to transparent governance, strategic advocacy, and public leadership at the highest levels of global health.

  • Founder & Architect, ALETHEIA TUTELA: Developed the Survivor Alignment Index (SAI) and established ALETHEIA TUTELA as a specialised framework within the Forum to provide independent organisational evaluations and narrative integrity reviews.

  • Founder, Elysium Noma Survivors Association: Built this pioneering, survivor-led organisation from the ground up; developing its name, branding, statutes, and operational framework to drive Noma eradication. (Departed in September 2025).

  • Founder, ETHOS FIDELIS: Heading an independent partner platform specialising in real-world risk mitigation and patient-centric alignment for the Biopharma and MedTech sectors. (Launching Q3 2026).

Our Institutional Principles

  • A Deliberate Pace: At the Fidel Strub Forum, we reject the hyper-accelerated corporate clock. We operate on a thoughtful, deliberate timeline that prioritises accuracy, depth, and integrity over quick optics.

  • Internal Alignment: We treat our team, partners, and clients with the exact same sovereignty, dignity, and respect that we look for in the organisations we evaluate.

  • Sustainable Solutions: We do not provide quick fixes. We provide substantive, long-term governance resources that ensure your institution remains deeply credible and trusted tomorrow.

The TIME100 Platform: A Voice for Ground Truth

In 2024, being named a TIME100 Health Honoree served as a global validation of this mission. This recognition underscored the urgency of moving beyond superficial branding toward true structural alignment, a standard where dignity and agency are verifiable practices, not just empty promises.

As a strategist, I use this platform to advocate for ethical integrity in global health and life sciences, helping organisations ground their values in measurable, respectful reality.
